Hurricane Dorian News and Relief Efforts

September 12, 2019

TO ALL CLUB LAND’OR MEMBERS AND GUESTS

RE: Bahamas Relief Efforts

The catastrophic damage from Hurricane Dorian has been widely reported. The loss of lives, property, businesses and infrastructure are still being realized as rescue and recovery crews move through the areas most heavily hit on Grand Bahama and Abaco. We are heartbroken and devastated at the pictures we've seen and the stories we've heard.

Club Land'or was generally spared except for some water leaks and damage to landscaping, but we are cleaning up and making repairs. As a result, we have frozen new reservations until October 10. If you already have a confirmed reservation to arrive between September 12 and October 10, please contact our corporate service center to verify your status. Otherwise, we look forward to accepting your reservation after October 10.

Mr. Prince Ellis, our general manager, is working with the Bahamian government and other authorities to help those in need during the recovery and we will continue to update this website as we learn more. Many of you have already called and asked what you can do to help support those most impacted by this hurricane. The Bahamian government established a Hurricane Dorian Relief website as part of Bahamas.com with information on how to donate money, supplies and services, or to volunteer. We encourage you to review the site by going to bahamas.com/relief and offering any and all support you can.

We continue to pray and support the Bahamian people during these challenging times, as they work to rebuild their lives.

Sincerely,

John L. Holt III
